In 1992, Rudolf Hruby, Peter Pasko, and Miroslav Trnka established ESET. The company launched a blog site named WeLiveSecurity in 2013. This blog site was dedicated to security-related topics. The company also partnered with Google for the Chrome Cleanup project.
